I've a good Iranian friend Mr. seyed Jalal who is so wise. Many years ago at the time when I've not contacted with the Dhamma yet, he told me these words. Which I found it so profound and relevant to me. I also think it is relevant to most of us.

He said;

A woman's fear is marrying a wrong man and,
a man's fear is not able to make enough to support his family.

Well, today after 20 years. it is still relevant.  This is dhamma. It's in the First Noble Truth.

May you be free from mental torture
