At Discovery Cove in Orlando, Halid Shokunbi took the plunge and proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Kyla Brown, while 14-feet underwater during the new SeaVenture experience.
Both from the Chicago area, Shokunbi popped the question in a most unique way -- surrounded by schools of exotic fish and velvety rays gliding overhead.
